Order Changes, Cancellations and Returns

All NYSP Century of Service badges and acrylics are custom made to order. Once your order is sent to production no changes or cancellations can be made. Because all products are custom made, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted, All sales are final. Repairs or replacements are made only in cases of Manufacturer error or defect. In cases of manufacturer’s error or defect, a return authorization will be issued in order to perform repairs, or to replace the incorrect product with a corrected replacement. Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be issued.

IMPORTANT – WHO CAN BUY SUPER BOWL BADGES

Super Bowl commemorative badges are available to active duty and other authorized personnel of each respective department or agency. Purchase of Super Bowl badges is not available to anyone not authorized by the respective department or agency. Please note that each department has set an individual limit on the quantity of badges that can be ordered.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

For security purposes all badges are shipped to a pre-determined Point of Contact “POC” at your respective agency or department. Badges ordered WILL NOT be shipped to the billing or shipping address that you enter when checking out. This information will be used by your department POC to notify you that your order has been received and alert you to delivery and/or pick up options. Orders placed by unauthorized personnel, or non-agency customers may be seized by the respective department or agency. NO REFUNDS will be given in cases of confiscation or seizure of badges ordered by unauthorized personnel, or for orders that violate any department regulation regarding maximum order quantity, unauthorized purchase or other departmental regulation.

Cancellations/Order Changes:

All Super Bowl badges are custom made. Payment for custom made Super Bowl Badges is required in advance and your credit card will be charged immediately. You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been confirmed and sent to the factory for production. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they are sent to the factory. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Delivery:

Badges ordered during the pre-order period as described and outlined on the website are shipped to your department POC during the pre-order delivery window in the order that they are received. Pre-Orders are subject to extended lead times. Standard production orders are typically shipped to your department POC within approximately 8-10 Weeks, however, all badges are custom made and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales of Super Bowl and NFL Commemorative merchandise are final, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted. Repairs or replacements are made only in cases of Manufacturer error, defect or damage in transit. In cases of manufacturer’s error or defect, a return authorization will be issued in order to perform repairs, or to replace the incorrect product with a corrected replacement. Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be issued.
