Super Bowl Badge Program

A: All Super Bowl badges are custom made. Orders placed during the pre-order period (August 2017 – September 15, 2017) are available at a special pre-order discount and are shipped on December 16, 2017. Orders placed after September 15, 2017 will ship after the initial December shipment in the order that they are received. Typically Orders placed after the pre-order period ship to the the designated department POC within approximately 8 – 10 weeks.
A: For security purposes all badges are shipped to a designated POC at each agency. The delivery address for each agency is listed in your order confirmation email. You do not have to enter your department address in the shipping field, badges ship to your department POC regardless of the address entered.
A: All orders are placed by individual officers; however, the Super Bowl  badge program is only available to departments that are approved to participate by NFL Security. For information regarding how to participate please visit the About the Super Bowl Badge Program page.
A: Eligibility for retired officers is up to your department or agency. Please contact your former department to inquire whether or not they will permit you to order a badge. Please not that all badges are shipped to the respective department and designated POC for screening. The department POC will contact you once your order is received to arrange pick up of your badge or to forward your badge to you.
A: A Special discount is offered for a limited time to each department when they sign up. This deadline is listed in the product description of each badge. Unfortunately this discount cannot be extended once it expires.
A: The badge selection displayed on your department’s product selection page was chosen by your department. To inquire about adding other badge styles or options please contact your department POC for the badge program.  We cannot make any changes to any departments program without approval from the designated POC.
A: The Super Bowl Badges are all completely custom made, approved, and Officially Licensed by the NFL.  The only badges available for the Super Bowl Support City program are the ones shown on the website.
A: Due to the large volume of orders and inquiries received, and for the security of your credit card information, all orders must be placed online at www.InfiniteProductsGroup.com. Phone orders are not accepted.
